And they are both on at same time. This also affects my passenger side lights, making them not as bright as they should be, and they are both on. I disconnected the driver side and passenger side works fine. Seems to be grounding out somewhere between the two. How do I go about finding the problem?

There are four fuses that run the headlight system we should check first, (radio, HVAC, RFA, Cluster, TEL - Park, HDLP-R and HDLP-L) if these are okay, we need to check the system ground which is below the left side of the steering column. Here is a guide to help use and I have included the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

All fuses were good. I replaced head light switch but that did not solve problem. I was about to replace turn signal/dimmer switch, I have sold car so they will have to figure it out.
