I have no power locks, interior lights or headlights. I have checked the circuit breakers and fuses. I am at a loss. Please help... thanks

Hello, check the fusible links, one of the circuits coming off the positive battery posts, should go to the fusible links, there may be several, check them all. Use a testlite, the circuits should hot on both sides of the fusible link, if you voltage on one side and not the other, the link is faulty.
We could check the circuits at the headlite switch, if you can get at the connector?

Looking at the battery cables, I did not see anythiing. Would the fusiable link be somewhere else?

Yes, the fusible links would probably be located at a junction, I don't have the exact location. One of the wires coming from the positive battery post, should lead to the junction.
