A couple months back my cruise control stopped working. The button on the steering wheel lights up when pressed and all of the radio controls on the wheel work, but the cruise control will not set. A little while before that occurred the horn stopped working correctly. When pressed it will go off, but it will not stop honking until the car is shut off.
And just recently the traction control light and brake light have been illuminated on the dashboard display. It also says "service brake assist/service stablitrak/service traction control".
I have used an OBDII meter and there are no fault codes. I have also checked all the fuses and none of them are blown. I am not sure how to test the relays, or if they are even an issue.
I would really like to be able to troubleshoot and find out what is wrong and possibly fix is myself. From research I have done it seems to be the airbag clock spring, but not all the issues are present that point in that direction.

Good morning.

There is a fault code stored for the ABS system. Most code readers will not read ABS systems. You can go to a parts store and have them read the codes for free and once we know that we can help narrow down the area of failure. The ABS is what is disabling the other systems. Once the ABS is repaired, all the other systems will come back on line.

As far as the horn, the horn pad itself may be the issue. It is too sensitive to the touch and will not release the contacts to stop blowing.

As far as the cruise, it is possible but not likely for the clock spring. The fact all other functions work in the steering wheel leads me to believe that you have another issue that the cruise is not working.
