98 Dodge Ram Indoor Light

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Standard Cab. It has about 55,000 Miles on it and has a V8 Magnum 5.2 Liter Engine. My Question is my indoor light on the ceiling of my cab wont turn on and neither will my cargo light in the back of the bed where my brake light is. These lights both have a switch to turn on with the head lights knob. Ive tried replacing the bulb and that wasnt the problem. I looked at a couple fuses and they were fine as well so im not sure what the problem is. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You!

To be more specific it is a 4x2 and I realized that I had a running light that is usually on around my key ignition that is also not working. So my dome light and cargo light which are able to be turned on with my dimmer switch are out and so is my running light. My guess is that its a problem in the fuse box under the hood but im not sure at all what to do or if thats even the problem.

For what it is worth mine went out in my 98 4x4 but it also controlled the radio. And I found it in the fuse box under the hood. Sguare with a glass window and you could tell it was blown. And also check the fuse in the cab on the side of the dash that has the plastic around it, mine was a 10 amp I think.
