Electrical problem
2000 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

won't engage the starter, heard 1 small click then nothing. Have lights, htr fan, pwr window, locks & flashers with key "on", but no radio, turn signals or starter engagement.
I have checked fuses & relays no problem. Is there maybe a fuseable link somewhere or what?

Hold key at cranking position and check for power on the starter relay terminal 81 that has the yellow and orange wire, no power here the ignition switch is defective that's if the ignition switch has input power on the red wire

OK, where do I find the starter relay terminal 81?
I have the fuse/relay cover lifted under the hood but don't see any terminal #s or colored wires.

Ok, I found a blown fuse I missed last night in the rain.
Usually fuses blow for a reason.

What would cause the "ign fuel start" 20 A fuse to blow?

Seems kinda low for starter amps so what does it protect?

The relay is in the power distribution center adjacent to the ASD relay-see below-Try swapping relay with the other 3 relays in that area and see what happens
