How do I get my back door to open on my Dodge

I have a dodge 1500 ext. Cab 2001 model with 110,000 miles on my v-8 motor. My back door on the passenger side wont open. I need to know how do I get the panel off to get to the locking and or latching system of the door. Thank you in advance for your answer. :)
