Dodge Ram Repair Question

Fuel shut off switch location
I have a 1998 dodge ram 1500, 175298 mileage, 5.2 Ltr.
It is not getting fuel to the fuel rail, this leads me to think its either the fuel pump of the inertia relay has been tripped. Before i spend a lot of time running all the electrical or pulling the pump i would like to double check the switch but i can not locate it..
Does anyone know where it's located?
Thanks

The truck does not have a fuel cutoff switch. It has a fuel relay under the hood.It is located in a black box under the hood by the battery.
