My dodge ram is chirping with the serpentine belt off, its coming from the crankshaft area. Why is it chirping or squealing

Good clue taking the belt off.

Try spraying some WD-40 behind the vibration damper. If the squeaking goes away for a little while, suspect the front main seal.
