I need a little clarification please. Engine does NOTHING? Spins but not start? Hear any clicking? Exactly what happens when it will not start. Crank= engine turns, but wont start, dies= does absolutly nothing, no sound, no lights on dash.I need EXACT!

When it won't start test for spark. May be coil or ignition mod. Or crank sensor intermittent.

OK that probably means you have a fuel delivery problem, check pump preesure with a test guage.
On my car I had an electrical problem where the wire gronded on the frame, and caused the same thing.

I didnt have this prob till I changed plugs and wires, the plugs I put in were motorcraft which are ford plugs, the parts store said it didnt matter, the truck was at a time set up to run off the propane mix, most of that setup has been removed, exept the part that connects with breather and the coolent hoses.

On the top of the pump should be the regulator and filter? If any part of the pump is broken, replace it.

So you have had a check engine light on since you bought it, how do you get it inspected, If the OBD II system is working and any part of the emissions system is broken, it will display the light, and vehicle will not pass a state inspection.
