Oil leaks?

I just had a question about my Dodge Neon. I have a 98' Dodge Neon 2.0 L 4 Cyl and it has 119,000 miles on it. Everything runs great in the car except I am leaking oil. I brought it to a gas station and they told me that I blew a head gasket. Now, I brought it for a second look and they told me the head gasket was fine because the car was not blowing out any white smoke or running funny. They looked and confirmed that. They did tell me I do have an oil leak however, but said I did not need to get it fixed immediatly. I drove about 500 miles and my oil was back down to minimum. When looking at the ground everytime I park it does not seem that bad. The leak is coming from behind the oil pan.I think? What do you think I should do or what do you think is wrong with it? Is it in fact the head gasket? Or the oil pan seal? Or the oil pan? Just basically help in any way possible please

Well there is a chemical test you can do to the coolant to see if there is contamination. Also you can remove the spark plugs for a better idea if something more then gas and air is getting burned (by looking at the plugs).

Original head gasket was a failure. Leaky o ring at oil passage. Updated gasket(mls) is available throughj local aftermarket. That should fix it
