2000 Dodge Neon fuse

The battery was dead so i removed it to charge it, when i put it back in to start it, i get an error messege "fuse", i checked all the fuses and all are good, it cranks over but wont start, please HELP!!!

Welcome to the forum, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If no spark, check primary voltage at the coil pack, engine cranking. Dark green wire with orange stripe is primary voltage, use testlite.

Are you aware there's two fuse boxes? The Power Distribution Center is under the hood, next to the battery. The Fuse Block in in the dash.
