1998 Dodge Neon Oil Leak All Over

We went outside to see a pool of oil under my daughter car well maintained but now what? We cannot get the pulley off to get to the gasket?

Hi there, You will need to wash the engine down and top up the oil, run the engine & locate the exact cause of the leak, have you done that? If so and you want to remove the front pulley you will have to undo the bolt that holds the pulley onto the crank shaft and this will allow the pulley to come off, you will normally be looking at a seal that has failed, is this what you are attempting?
