WHEN I AM DRIVING AT APPROX 60 - 70 MPH, AND I ACCELERATE, ESPECIALLY GOING UPHILL (UP GRADIENT) THE VEHICLE STUTTERS AND HESITATES.

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has you tried replacing the fuel filter?
