On my dodge intrepid, 2001, the plastic tank that is apart of the cooling/radiator system, where you're supposed to pure in your anti-freeze, is that not supposed to be under pressure after the car is hot? Cause now after my engine over heating there's a small hole in that tank, which I don't believe it was there before. And now there's no way of that tank being able to be unpressurized.

If there is a hole in it, there shouldn't be any pressure in it. Can you describe what is happening? Some of the overflow bottles are pressurized and others are not. If you could take a picture of it and up load it for me, I would be able to identify it.
