1996 Dodge Intrepid TRANNYWON'T SHIFT, ENGINE IDLE HIGH

Transmission problem
1996 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

After replacing the frame bushing the idle speed in park is @ 2000rpm @ 1000rpm in gear.
Also the tranny won't shift, it's like it's in 2nd gear all the time.
Could this be a vacuem problem to the modulator?

Check for a vacuum leaks
no vacuum module on this tranny
check TCM for codes
suspect wiring
scan for codes

need manual CHECK IT @
