Dodge Durango cuts off mostly every time I cut it on unless I pump the gas for a few minutes

I was sitting at the drive thru and my tuck cut off and is making a click sound like I need a jump when I turn the key I haven't been able to get a jump yet to see if that would cut it on, its been really cold idk if that matters or not I just got it out of the shop Friday so I'm hoping it's not that big of a problem I'm just hoping I can at least jump it to get it home
