Brake pedal goes to the floor and the car will not stop, ABS and brake light on in the dash. Fluid okay, fuse okay.

We need to start with scanning for codes and find out possible causes. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Once we know what codes are we can go from there. However, here is a guide that will help with this issue:

Also, the most likely cause is a master cylinder issue so here is the info needed for this.

Once this is replaced, you will need to bleed it and the brakes. Please see this guide for help with this:
