Sounds like a mode door issue in the truck.

When you did the heater core, did you hook everything back up?

Is any air coming into the vehicle? Can you hear the blower motor run? I saw what you replaced, didn't see any testing. If blower motor is running but no air coming out, check temp door and actuators, under the dash.

It could be a couple things. First, with the engine at normal operating temp and the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. If only one is hot and the other slightly warm, flush the heater core. If both are hot, check the blend air door actuator for operation.

My Durango does not blow any hot air at all. The heater hoses are hot to the touch and there are no leaks. I've flushed the system, back flushed, changed thermostat. It doesn't overheat, nothing wrong with the truck, no engine lights or codes. I've been told it may be the blend door actuator or something that diverts the air. Any help please?

Thanks,
Michael

Check for a broken temp control cable it can be broken at either end and not opening door so heat will work. Also the heater may have a vacuum motor to open door so check for vacuum at door as well as a vacuum leak. We have no pics of this sorry
