I need an inspection but since my check engine light, gas light and ABS light never come on when I start the car I went to autozone to see if I had an error code before I wasted money. They came up with two codes P1899 and P0622 which would be an automatic fail since I live in an emissions county. Can anyone tell me exactly what the codes mean and how I could fix them.

P0622 Generator Field "F" Control Circuit Malfunction
po1899 park/neutral position switch stuck in park or gear.

so it appears that the alternator is faulty, and the park neutral switch is stuck, is your shifter stuck?
