My headlights alternate when I switch them. My daytime running light on the driver side will be on, then when I put the low beams on the passenger side comes on and the driver side goes off. When I go to high beam they switch again with the driver side on and the other off. Where can I find the relay and how do I change it.

Hello,

The headlights on this vehicle are controlled by what Dodge calls intelligent power module.
The IPM control the headlights from low to high and vise versa as well as daytime running lights.
The issues you are describing does sound like issue with the IPM.
Make sure that your headlight bulbs are indeed in working condition before trying the IPM
I have attached the wiring schematics of right IPM.
To find out if it is faulty you will have to check the values and compare with the factory values.

Here are couple of helpful articles on how to check wirings:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
