1999 Dodge Caravan turn signals not working on front, clic

On my caravan, here's what happens:

-hazards work and clicking is normal speed. Lights only on back of van, not front.

-when I put on either left or right turn signal, only the left or right rear lights flash and the clicking is much faster.

the side parking lights do come on when I turn the headlights on. But they don't come on at all when I use the turn signal or hazards.

don't know if there is more than 1 bulb in those and it's burnt out on both sides or what.

I agree with you check the bulbs. The tan wire is voltage for the right front turn. Lt Green wire is voltage for front left turn. Black is ground. Gets voltage from combination flasher. Thanks for the donation.
