The 11.5 volts indicates pwer is getting there.

There are 4 wires at brake switch, one should be hot at all time and one more only when the cruise control switch is turned on with ignition on. Is that what you are having?

No none of them are hot when the car is off. When you turn the cat on then it gets voltage at all of the wires. Their are another set of wires on the brake switch. Orange and two light blues that are connected together in the switch. The orange has 11.5 volts and the light blue has no power. I also tested the cruise switch above the brake switch and everything their has 11.5 to 9.5 volts.

Check for voltage on the pink wire at the lever connector with the key on. This is what controls the power to the lever. If no power is their check # 7 fuse 20 amp.

Hey guys sorry I am back in the hospital again. They think I have Stevens Johnson's disease. I looked like a lobster yesterday I was red red and had no energy and my skin had hot heat coming off of it and my eyeys were teice the size the should have been. They were thinking of sowing my eyelids shit so nothing bad would happen. So they are giving me steroids to cure this. A few people have died from this but I know I can pull through it. I will work on it once I get better. Maybe Friday at the earliest. Thanks.

That is too bad.
Lobsters are red only after being cooked and we don't like that to happen to you.

Hope you get well soon as we have unfinished business.

Ok I am still not doing so good and no doctors or hospitals are willing to help me. I might test the wires tomorrow if I can. I am just really run down and can barely move. They think I am having a porphyria attack and also on top of that the stevens johnsons syndrome that is make me in bad shape. Also thanks for the posts.

You need to get the orange light to come on. Maybe this is where the problem lies. A break in the circuit to the indicator light and PCM. I am attaching the schematic again.

At PCM D2 terminal, test the Grey wire for battery voltage. If you do not have battery voltage, check the wire for an open between the switch and PCM. Attach test light to a power source and probe the terminal to test if the Orange light comes on.

Ok so I pulled the clip out and turned the car to the on position and the gray wire had 12 volts to it. So I pushed the harness back into the computer.

If the Orange light does not come on, you would need to remove the meter cluster to check the bulb and wiring.

Ok I just did that funny thing happened. I tested the white and gray wire that would plug into the information center. I tested the two wires and their is no power going to those two. The two wires would be the ones that light up the cruise control light. If you test the white and gray wires together their is no power. If you test the white wire to the body of the car it has no voltage. If you test the gray to the body it comes up with 8.5 volts.
