Cruise control not working

My cruise control does not turn on and I do not know why. I go to auto repair he checked codes, do not have problem. And later he told with me my car does not have throttle body. I do not think so. Can you have me please!

Hello,

Lets start by checking the fuses #31, 30 and 9. I have seen the clock spring go bad in these cars which the cruise runs through. Here are two guides and the cruise control wiring diagrams below so you can see how the system works and the fuse locations. To confirm the clock spring failure use this guide the wiring diagrams below.
