Cranks but will not start

Car cranks but will not fire. All fuses are good, fuel pump is working, I have fuel pressure from the rail. There is a clicking noise conning from the EGR valve and also a whining noise coming from the throttle. When I unplug the throttle, the noise goes away.

It sounds like you lost ignition can you confirm by checking for spark use this guide.
