Hi, in cold weather now I turned on fan of my car ( AC is switched off )
And set temperature to max hot in both sides (passenger and driver)
But I noticed cold air comes to driver side and hot at passenger side, which is strange. I checked the fuse box in car to check climate control fuse and was intact, what is the cause of this problem? And how I can solve the problem?
Thanks

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you are having an issue with the drivers side blend door actuator. It is a small electric motor that diverts air flow through the specific vents. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved to replace:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

I've attached step-by-step picture instructions below on how to replace and its location. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Can you tell me what parts that I need to get?
Is the passenger actuator part number same to driver one?
I found these parts:
( 8L8Z-19E616-D)
(AR3Z-19E616-D)
Which one fit the driver side?
Thanks

I have problem in driver side which blow cold air despite I set temperature to max hot, while passenger side is okay.
I asked and told door blend actuator problem. I want know what is the part number that is defected? I am confused from numbers as all actuator have same number expect different letters.
I found (19E616D)(19E616C).

Others A, E, so which fit my hybrid car?
Also you sent the way for change actuator which is behind the glove-box but the driver side is the defected. Can you show me exactly what is the location of the driver actuator and demonstrate by graph the location of it?
In summary:
I would be great full if you send me the full part number of left actuator and exact location of it in my vehicle listed above
Thank you.
