Went to the store, when she returned to vehicle it will not start?

2002 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My wife went to the store, when she returned to vehicle it will not start, had starter replaced it work for two days then quit, had start check, it check good, replaced relay fuse under instrumental panel, it immediately start. After several starting it died again, what is the problem?

It sounds like the starter motor relay is not working. To be sure this guide can help you test it and I have included that starter relay location in the diagrams below. I have also found the starter motor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
