2000 Chrysler Town and Country Steering wheel lock won't re

The steering wheel on our 2000 T+C is locked and we can't start the car. We tried jiggling the wheel and the transmission shifter, but the key won't turn.

Hi:
Don't laugh but the key you are using may be worn out. Try a different key. If that doesn't work, the tumbler may need replaced. Before doing that, try spraying a little tumbler lubericant into the tumbler to see if that helps.
