Using the brakes my front end shakes?

When I'm going 70mph or more then slow down without using the brakes my front end shakes and also when I veer left going 60mph or more same thing. I had the rack and pinion changed less than a year ago(not the tie rods). When I lifted the car up the right tire shakes little side to side and I can see the tie rod connected to the rack moving the bolt connected to the rack.

It sounds like the front brake rotors need to be replaced because of warpage. Please check out this guide.
