Chrysler LHS Steering Problem
Started car turned wheel loud pop sound now steering wheel turns but not tires(wheels) NOW THERE IS POWER STEERING FLUID ON INSIDE OF PASSENGER TIRE previously there was lot of play in steering wheel and used alot of power steering fluid.

lot of play??? you should have had it checked. the inner tie rod bushings were most likely bad and not repairing them may have broke them. the parts may have ruptured the power steering lines.
have this checked to confirm
