my cars exhaust smells like coolant coming from the tail pipe and white smoke coming out excessively, when i first start the engine and it idles rough when first started?

white smoke indicates an water/coolant leak being burnt through exhaust. most likely you have a head gasket failure which is allowing coolant to enter engine and be burnt through exhaust.
