HOW DO I CLEAR THE COMPUTER CODES AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED

Any scan tool will clear the codes. Just plug the scanner to the OBDII port and turn your ignition key on/engine off.
The scanner will have a menu that will ask you: "Clear Codes?". Just navigate to the proper selection and press enter.
