The ABS, Traction control, and Battery lights come on and the instrument panel lights flicker. Occasional starting issues and has shut off once. Any ideas what is causing this. The battery has been checked and is aging, but does not need to be replaced.

Hi, I do have some ideas, the instruement panel uses a common ground and power source, each indicator uses them for their independent operation. If there is no wiring problem, the instrument cluster is bad and removal is necessary for repair, either way it must come out. Occasion starting issue may or may not be related. The shutting off and no start is and should be treated seperately, because of it's importance. Both any no start, and vehicle stalling is usually remembered by the engine computer, if you scan it, at the same time you can scan the body computer. Check all your interior and engine compartment fuses first.
