We have a 1995 Cirrus - which we have taken to two garages and talked to a bunch of people- without any success. The problem is that when we have any rain or damp weather - the car is very difficult to start and then runs extremely rough for about 10 minutes. Stalling at stop signs during 10 minutes is common. After it warms up enough - it will run relatively fine.

Secondly, there are times when a section of the accessorites dont work upon starting - including the radio. Dont know if this is related, but wanted to relay that as well.

Hope you can help and thanks for the time.

Tune up would be 1st to check cap and rotors included
check coil
as for radio try and wiggle key in ignition and if that get it going more than likely its an ignition switch
good luck

I neglected to note that we have taken it to two garages and had all of the normal tuneup work done - replaced distributor/rotor/plugs/plug wires-etc - but without any success in eliminating the problem.

Any other ideas? Sorry I didnt give you the all the facts.
