1995 Chrysler Cirrus My Car Dies while in motion.

I had a friend of mine look @ it & he seems 2 think it's something to do with the fuel line &/or getting fuel to the engine. No "check engine" lights or anything like that & it really sounds like it wants to try & start. I checkt recalls, etc. & Found a fuel pump recall #26043. Not sure if that's the case & I had my buddy tow it to his mechanix mechanic. Sooo just waiting on the estimated "verdict". I just bought it yesterday so I'm sad but hopeful. Do you have a prospective ball park since I won't hear from the mechanic til Tues?
