Noises problem
1999 Chrysler 300 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 141000 miles

I HAVE HAND ALL BELTS CHANGED AND WHEN THE CAR SIT'S IDLE YOU HEAR THE NOISE A LITTLE.
WHEN I SPRAY WD-40 ON PULLEYS AT THE BOTTOM I DON'T HEAR THE NOISE FOR A DAY OR SO. CAN YOU GIVE ADVICE PLEASE.

You might want to remove the belt and spin all the spinable pulleys, tensioner, idler, a/c and water pump, if you notice any roughness or grinding feel or sound, replace the affected bearing at the affected pulley, Was the tensioner replaced with the belt? 141,000 you do need a new one if not done....
