2001 Chevy Venture Steering problems

My 01 Venture has a very noticeable wobble in the front end especially at slow speeds. It feels like a bent rim but is not. Could a worn CV axle cause this?

Have you checked the tires for a shifted belt? Also, try rotating the tires to see if that changes where the vibration comes from.

I have rotated the tires and there was no change. It is only like this about 80% of the time which is odd to me. I have noticed that it tends to be worse after turning.
