I am replacing an air conditioning compressor on a 95 chevy ck2500 - the new compressor need to have the oil added, but I am uncertian of which hole in the pump the oil should go in - there are 4 options - 2 holes for the refrig. Lines - one hole under an electrical sensor, and one that looks like an oil plug (this is my guess) can someone lend a hand please?

You can fill it through the holes for the lines. Make sure you use the right amount and type. The literature with the compressor often gives details on it.

It would be good to add some dye in the system in the event of leaks that are dynamic in nature.

Depending on why you are relacing the compressor, you should consider flushing the lines out. The compressor warranties are pretty fussy about this.

The drier is another good thing to replace when doing this as the system will take on some moisture and is deadly for compressors.

Reman compressors can be unreliable and you want to cover yourself for the warranty. IF there is no info in the box, call the parts place you got it from and ask them what is required in the event that is goes bad.

Thanks for the advice - I will give this a try and update the post on the results - this is by far the best response I have gotten to this question from several sources.
