92 Chevy Blazer 4.3 liter vortech fuel injected

Auto starts but surges and runs really rough. Replaced plugs and wires. Thinking fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. Any other ideas?

Check you EGR valve this is what controls the vacuum and if it is not that then possibl there is water in the fuel tank.

Check the fuel pressure before you go into the spider unit
