My truck is leaking in the back area of my engine, its not my valve covers cuz I just replaced them and it was leaking before I replaced them. Someone told me it could be my intakte miniflod gaskets or my sending unit sensor. It seems to be coming from the area from under my distributer cap but above my starter cuz its kinda leaking onto it a little so I kno I need to get it fixed asap. I was hoping either I could find it and fix it myself b4 it got extreme and have to take it to a shop! Someone please take an intrest and try to help me? Thankyou !

Could be the rubber O ring that seals the distributor, or any of the above mentioned parts, a wash down, to clean oil off, then a mirror to see back ther while it's runnung, and you should be able to find it.

Grab a can of engine degreaser at the parts store, spray just the area to be examined, wait a few minutes for it to soak in then rinse just that area, Try not to wet down sensors if at all possible, this is where people get into more trouble! If service engine light comes on or engine runs rough after doing this, it is water in one of the sensor connectors, unplug and blow dry BOTH the sensor and the connector.

Leaky intake gasket sign. Start engine then hit the gas in short burst if you see a puff of smoke for a second it usually means the intake gasket is faulty.
