I have replaced plugs, cap, rotor, wires, ECM, throttlebody gasket (sucking air).
Idle at start up is around 2000 rpm and stays pretty steady. No codes come up on the scanner.
Nothing seems to change rpm. Any Ideas Please.

Does idle go down when the vehicle warms up any? Or does it stay high all the time?

Disconnect the IAC that help? Check for vaccum leaks.
