The fan water pump assembly seems to be very loose, can it just be tightened or is it a bigger problem

Can you tell me where in those parts it is loose? Is the entire pulley moving with the water pump? Is it making noise? Do you have any coolant leaks?

The car is not leaking any coolant, the pulley assembly and fan with the shahaft are all loose, took it to a friend he says its the water pump.
