Brakes problem
1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My brake lights only come on when I press the pedal as hard as I can to the floor. Which doesn't do me any good while stopping because I don't need to push that hard to stop. Are there any suggestions to fix this problems. Thanks

You might check the brake-lite switch. The upper part of the brake pedal arm, should activate the switch. I'm not sure if there is an adjustment that will let it make contact sooner? The B+ is orange and the white goes to the brake lites. The high-mount is wired differently than the lower. The brake lite switch applies to both.

I didn't see you Rasmataz, You type faster than me. Lol
