2001 Chevy Tahoe Constant Turn Signal Sound

The turn signal indicator sound is always on even though I don't have the turn signals or hazard lights engaged. The click, click, click is constnt. Can you please advise me how to correct the problem. It can literally drive a man insiane with the contant noise. Thank you in advance.

need to replace the flasher relay which is stuck (relay thats making the noise)

I assume the flashwer relay is located in the fuse box down by the emergency brake and if so, is it easy to replace it? Thanks for your help!

yep the flasher is located in the fuse block on the lower left side of dash. replacement is very similar to replacing a fuse, very easy to do.
