1997 Chevy Silverado engine won't stay running

I replaced intake manifold and gaskets. When I put everything back together, the engine will not stay running. Has a hard start, doesn't seem to be getting enough fuel. Ran just fine before replacement of gaskets.

sounds to me like your fuel pump is going out or mabe your fuel filter is stoped up. Try pouring a litle gas in the throtle body and see if it starts easy and runs for a moment. If it does try changing the fuel filter. On the driverside mounted to the frame right under the cab is the fuel filter. If that does not work change the fuel pump. Good luck.
