2002 Chevy S-10 Runs hot

Only runs hot if I use the air, im thinking its needs a aniti freeze flush. What you suggest?

If the temp gauge goes all teh way to hot then you might try a flush. There are coolant additives to add to the radiator and make it run cooler. Check to see if the fan is working when the a/c is on as it should be. If it's not then check the fuse and relay to see if it's good or not. Then go through your other coolant system checks.
