Vibration at 70-75

Hello I have a 1998 Astro Van the problem is shaking vibration at 70-75mph I have new tires have had 3
balances alinements new idle arms new bearings in front thought maybe it was wheels but they were checked okay. My mechanic checked several things
could'nt find Please help as I'm losing confidence
don't know where to go THANKS Is there a special
machine to pinpoint the shake.

Does it shake the steering wheel or your seat?

Hi there the shake is in the seat more eventhough there is a little in steering wheel.
Since I posted I took my van to the chevy dealer
they checked it out and it came back to the right
tire had 32lbs excessive road force. He said the tire needs replaced so now I have to see if Firestone will replace it I have road hazard and lifetime service.
What I don't understand is why the tires keep going outta balance 4 balances in last 3 wks.
