Dash does not light up?

It is a walmart special radio - and the lights do come on.

What light bulbs in the back of panel? All the warning lights are working. Headlights, highbeam on dash. These all work. Just no night lights to see panel.

Also noticed that the shifter lights don't work - the one between the seats. Can see at night.

They all use to work, then just one day started the car and NO dash lights
