This started at about 30,000 miles, my dash lights would go out when the headlights came on at night. I lose my stereo lights as well. Used to be able to put a fuse in. And it would work fine, but it started blowing the fuses everyday almost and now it doesn't work at all.

Sounds like a short in the roller that controls the dim of the instrumentation panel. Have the roller checked. If that tests okay, then you have a short in one of the wires from the headlight switch to the body control system, which ultimately controls the dimming sensor on the rearview window (if equipped). If the car is not equipped with a daylight sensor on the mirror, then the wire from the headlight switch harness to the control unit is shorting.
