my car must have a short n it some where if u drive it around the block it will shut off before u make it back. I checked the fuel lines its getting fuel but loosing fire, and volts very between stater and coil. One time u get 3 next 8 next12 next 10.

If you're refering this as battery voltage have the alternator/battery checked out.

Check the ignition coil and contact point adjustment and the resistance wire coming from the ignition switch.
