1995 Chevy Lumina Starting Problem

I have a 95 chevy lumina, just had complete tune-up the car startes good, sometimes it acts as if it does not want to start but starts. It does this weather the engine is cold or hot. Why does it do this?

You may have a simple fuel pressure problem, I would like you to check the fuel pressure by following the instructions that will be following this post
